Carole Matzinger
Managing Director

Carole studied at HEC Lausanne before continuing with a Master in International Management. She then worked for Swisscargo, the freight subsidiary of Swissair, as VP of optimisation. When the SAir Group went bankrupt, she chose to focus her career on the healthcare sector by studying a Master in Health Economics and Management. Carole then took over the management of a dental clinic undergoing severe financial hardship in the Zurich area. After having successfully restructured the business, she continued by setting up another clinic in Fribourg. Carole joined the CHUV in 2006 as Administrative Supervisor, managing a department of 700 personnel with an annual budget of 120 million. In 2012, she left the CHUV to take up the position of CEO of Euromedic Suisse, a company which manages 8 radiology centres in Switzerland. In May 2016, she founded Corpus Health with the goal of helping set up innovative projects in the health sector.

Daniel Fishman
Medical Director

Having obtained his diploma at the medical faculty in Lausanne, Daniel completed most of his training at the CHUV where he received a double FMH in internal medicine and intensive medicine. For more than 20 years, he has dedicated himself to trauma medicine for which he has completed additional training both in and out of hospitals. He took on the interim management of the emergency services at the CHUV after his boss O. Moeschler tragically died. Following this experience, he decided to focus on setting up and managing an emergency department in the hospital of Sion and then the Riviera Chablais hospital. Still highly involved in clinical activity, he was also active as a teacher and helped develop emergency medicine in Switzerland. In 2018, he made a career change to devote himself to primary healthcare and work with in the development of this innovative project to provide simplified and affordable healthcare.

Romain Boichat
Operations Director

Romain studied at EPFL, before going on to do a Master at Carnegie Mellon (Pittsburgh, PA) and a doctorate at EPFL in communication systems. He was the first Dean of EPFL’s technology management college. In order to complete his economic training, Romain undertook an MBA at IMD. He was then named Head of the Automobile and Navigation Service in the canton of Vaud, where he completely transformed the service and its internal procedures. Romain joined McKinsey for a few years, working for clients around the world. In 2011, he was hired as COO of GSMN before becoming the Managing Director of the Aevis Victoria holding. Romain joined Corpus Health in September 2016.

Rouba Gobet
Management Assistant

After obtaining a Maturity Certical in social and economics, Rouba went to the Strasbourg faculty of medicine for 2 years. She then decided to join the workforce and worked in various positions in different medical centres in France and Switzerland. In October 2006, she was hired by MV SANTE Vision SA in Lausanne as Customer Manager where she helped implement and develop the activity. In September 2019, Rouba decided to make a career change and join the team as Management Assistant.
